All consulting contracts include termination clauses for non-performance and a 30 day notice cancellation policy. Hourly consulting agreements for on-site work include travel time. Recruiting agreements include a 90 day guarantee. If the candidate does not pass the probationary period they will be replaced at no charge to the customer.
