David Monroe’s career has been spent working in Canada and abroad including the US, Caribbean, Asia, Middle East and Europe. He has led sales organizations in high growth technology startups and Fortune 500 companies along with several years spent early in his career with an executive search firm. During his career David has recruited sales and sales leadership roles and has sold and helped sell $100’s of millions in hardware, software and consulting services . David’s focus as a sales leader has been on fixing sales organizations or building new ones. At the heart of his skill set is an ability to identify needed structure and process in prospecting and forecasting, drive incremental revenue from existing clients, develop net new sales opportunities and build high performing, collaborative sales teams. All consulting contracts include termination clauses for non-performance and a 30 day notice cancellation policy. Hourly consulting agreements for on-site work include travel time. Recruiting agreements include a 90 day guarantee. If the candidate does not pass the probationary period they will be replaced at no charge to the customer.
